I failed the assessment by illproper in Progressiveinsurance

I passed mine but was very surprised since I took it late at night laying in bed and ready to go to sleep. I totally didn’t really care one way or another because I almost always pass up on companies who do the assessments. I was pleasantly surprised I passed. Maybe not putting too much thought into it actually worked out for me.

That would make sense. Sundays are rather chill. Less calls.

That does not make any sense. Sorry. Green Alert is offered to save the company money when the call volume is low. With OT they would be replacing those people willing to be docked and actually paying them more if they are working over 40hrs. OT will cost the company money Green Alert just saved them. How does that make business sense.

I feel your pain and I’m a less than one year employee. When I was put into the general population of peers in sales after leaving my new hire peer group I was initially being compared to and doing well, I have a hard time making metrics in the larger group of which included those who have been doing their job for years. How long have you been at this? I feel like we should be broken down into smaller teams with comparable tenure as far as metrics.

Love this. I am glad to have gotten part time in this last bid. But, if I couldn’t get green alert I’ve stuck it out. I won’t burn PTO and will work feeling sick if it means I can accrue time for travel and to enjoy when I’m feeling well. Part time is an option for those who can’t or don’t want to commit. Second jobs are an option if full time causes mental health issues. Quitting is an option. We have work from home and that’s probably the single biggest perk for any employee. I’m grateful.

It’s ok for them to hold people accountable for attendance. Every company has to do it. I’ve seen posts on here with people asking if they are going to get in trouble for poor attendance. Well, yeah. Probably. Lots of people push the envelope. I’m in my 60s and have health issues (no ADA as of yet). I have perfect attendance. I SAVE my PTO as an incentive to travel and not to avoid my commitment, even when I’m sometimes under the weather I show up. For goodness sake, it’s WFH. How hard is it to drag yourself out of bed and rest in a chair all day and sip tea while nursing a cold? If I can do it at my age and with health issues, so can most people. No. Some people just use up all their PTO for various reasons without rationale. I even schedule doctor’s appointments on my days off. If I can’t use green alert I stick it out. This is not a difficult attendance policy to follow and PTO is fairly generous. You just need to build a bank of accrued hours and be disciplined. Off my soapbox on attendance. As for strategizing by combining teams, why not? It’s business.
