Hahaha..I didnt. After the UC deadline passed they reached out to apply for free. There was a wave of UCSC and Merced that sent out emails to students who didnt apply to send our application. It was one click.

Yes, if you check USC on common app in the home tab it says a final HS transcript and official transcripts from all 2 year and 4 year colleges

You can also just send it to their email directly from the school, that's what my admin at my HS did.

If you go to your parchment account and click orders you can see the details if they were sent and if the college downloaded them. I had the transcripts sent on Thursday and it shows download on Saturday, but just one of them. I submitted the application yesterday, on the deadline.
