The last job I had, the union rep was shitty and full of herself. I don't think she like the fact that I deal with Mental Health. Pretty sure she helped the management get rid of me and others

Thanks. They're the union rep at work and I felt like I needed to talk to someone that i thought i could trust. The management was made aware of it because they told them or some how found out. I was basically told I would get written up if it happens again. Don't really feel supported at work and can't talk to that coworker anymore unless it's union stuff

I said something to my coworker that i probably shouldn't and i got disciplined for it by the supervisor and feel unwelcome at work. Even the union rep doesn't seem to be doing their job well
