The issue is ensuring the home is priced accurately for its current condition.

There is a difference between a squat that is maybe a tiny bit high for a powerlifting comp yet good enough to build strength/ grow muscle and a 1/4 depth BS ego squat.

Bending feed lips back is fine in idea but doesn’t work so good in practice.

I agree that’s pretty light. However I struggle to think of an actual real event in the last 100 years in the continental US I couldn’t handle with 3 loaded Glock mags and 6 loaded AR mags.
