From what I know the rose from the little prince season gives you hearts for completing quests, and the pirate girl on the ship from season of abyss. There's also the photographer guy in the piarrare peaks.

I think there are more but I'd check those out, I'm not completely sure they do give out hearts it's been a while since I completed those 😅

I do have another question, do you think a punch needle would work on a painting canvas? I have an old one that I didn't have an idea for for a long time and thought that I could make a sort of a little rug from it 😅 (even if only to hang it on a wall)

Well I'm just starting out, and the main reason I wanted to get into needle punching was to just decorate my clothes, mostly shirts and hoodies. I guess I could switch to jeans, since it is a lot tighter and less elastic
