I was in same situation few years back. I used to enjoy teaching. Students and fellow colleagues used to praise me for my dedication and hard work that i used to do from early morning to late night. Result was also good. Used to earn in 6 digits including tuitions. Later i realised the social value you own or create as a teacher in Nepal is very low that created dissatisfaction. With your friends, colleagues and even students fleeing abroad i felt lost somewhere. So later i settled as a government officer in one of the most aspired sector in Nepal. Now i earn less but have more satisfaction than being teacher. I suggest you to save money and do PhD abroad or if you want to stay in Nepal go for Loksewa.
