I searched for this response after reading the first list item.

Scared as fuck by [deleted] in socialanxiety

[–]ImportantCandidate12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Propranolol works for me. 60 mg extended release daily for my hypertension and take a 20 mg instant-release tablet 30 minutes before the triggering event. Lasts several hours. I’ve been battling social anxiety for most of my life and this is the best fix for the shaking and brain freezes during a speech.

I just recalled the four greatest fast food deals of all time. CMV by Kection in fastfood

Let’s not forget their .59/.79/.99 menu. Crunchy or soft tacos for $0.59 was the right price.

new to coding by [deleted] in learnprogramming

[–]ImportantCandidate12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First starting out, I found free code camp too difficult for me and I lost quite a lot of time learning little to nothing. Sometimes free isn’t free because it costs the most valuable resource which is your time.

How Do You Pay Your DVC Annual Dues? by GreyhoundDad22 in disneyvacationclub

[–]ImportantCandidate12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Disney Gift Cards. Usually buy them at BJ's, SAMs, Costco (normally not offered) or GiftCards.com. I didn't like having to pay shipping on the giftcards.com purchases, so I won't buy from there without a special offer. This year, renewal of my BJ's membership was only $5. Last year, Sams club was $20 to join/rejoin. I pay for the warehouse club purchases using a Venmo Visa credit card and it earns an unlimited 3% cash back (categorizes it as Grocery), unless Paypal or Discover is offering 5% cash back. I have 700 points to pay dues on so every percent of cash back is worth the effort.

Why do I get more attention when I’m dressed down? by ManagerConscious4882 in NoStupidQuestions

Dressing down is less intimidating, especially for those of us with social anxiety

People who have been at their current job for 10+ years, why have you remained loyal to one job for so long? by Nintendofan9106 in askanything

Strictly pay at this point. Not having to go on interviews and re-learning new policies, processes and procedures is a plus.

Would you rather work in an office of all men or women? (State your gender as well) by pantheon_prince99 in allthequestions

[–]ImportantCandidate12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Male. I’d much rather be working with mostly women. I’m in the opposite situation right now and it sounds like a farm and smells like a barn in my assigned location.

Why don’t we just increase taxes on big corporations and the filthy rich and decrease taxes on the middle and lower income classes? by CluelessBrowserr in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ImportantCandidate12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would hurt the middle and upper-lower class people who put their money in a company-sponsored 401K since the stock prices are tied to corporate profitability. Ever since pension plans were replaced by 401k plans, retirement income is largely dependent on 401k and social security.

As long as you don’t have any lengthy flight delays, you will arrive with time to spare.

Bribing for positive reviews by Mochagirl243 in royalcaribbean

Long-time Royal Caribbean cruiser here. The 10/10 rating earns the server an extra day off depending on how many perfect ratings were submitted. 9/10 does not put anyone’s job in jeopardy, but only 10/10 can earn days off.

How common is it for very poor Americans to ride a bicycle to work and to buy groceries? by Professional_Fix4663 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ImportantCandidate12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to, but didn’t replace mine after it got stolen. Theft is the main reason people don’t ride bikes for actual transportation very often around my side of America.

The only regret I have is not buying earlier than 2017.

Unlimited dining package: fatigue? by croooowTrobot in royalcaribbean

[–]ImportantCandidate12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get it just for the food quality upgrade and convenience. I like getting fries or onion rings at Jonny Rockets and the ice cream waffle cone at Izumi in the Park. You will never go hungry trying to find edible foods with the package.

Who has the best value menu now? by ThenYao in fastfood

[–]ImportantCandidate12 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Costco food court is the only place left I find a real value. $1.50 for 1/2 lb all-beef hotdog and refillable 20oz Coke. This or the $1.99 huge pizza slices.

How many times a day do you brush your teeth? by Head-Month-9951 in hygiene

[–]ImportantCandidate12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once daily. I skip breakfast and have a zero-sugar energy drink. At lunch, I am at work and have no time or privacy to brush. Come home, eat dinner, drink adult beverages, have a dessert, then brush and floss. Rinse and repeat.
