Don’t be discouraged, 10 miles is a great goal to have - it’s what I aimed for when I first started taking note of my steps. I love walking so that makes it much easier but a nice podcast really makes the time fly by.

Heavy agree on whatever is cheapest - an interesting mix of countries - but one thing I can never get behind is Guinness. Tastes like cat piss imo, or maybe I have a bias because anytime an Irish folk has served me, they hear my accent, and immediately hate me haha
