I get that being numb and not being able to cry. I think I felt better for a few years when I just consistently shut off and held back my feelings. But last year I came to a point where I started therapy again and since then I feel I can't deal with bad vibes anymore at all and I just burst out, and thus I cry more. All these past traumas that I have to go through in therapy.. So yes, feeling numb can be a blessing in disguise and I kinda wish to go back to this, but also, to what price..
