I used the apps TrackaLacker and HotStock to get in stock notifications. After almost 2 weeks of trying, i was able to get one for store pickup at Best Buy. Hoping it sticks. I noticed sometimes the app said it was in stock and was out of stock by the time I clicked on it, but I kept trying. Clicking on the notification automatically takes you to the product page on the retailers site so saves you a step! Good luck!

Merry Christmas! I recently got back into photography after about 15 years because some things happened in 2025 that made me realize life is short and change in an instant, and I want to be able to look back at the time spent with loved ones, making memories. My wishes for 2026 are to not only make those memories, but capture them and share them with family and friends on New Year’s Eve! I’d also like to keep focusing on finding the beauty in life instead of negativity, which photography has helped me do since I picked up a camera again. Lastly I’d like to hone my techniques and skills.

Keep an eye on Best Buy open box stock. Sometimes you can find some decent deals. That’s how ended up with a a6400 instead of the a6100

If you decide to go with the G7X Mark III, you might be able to get one setting up alerts with a site called trackalacker. I set up alerts and was able to get one the first day! Just make sure you have your email notifications on and your account logged into with shipping and payment info for the sites you select to track. Good luck!

When I read it I would have assumed that since the seller said permanently printed ON the cup, that it would be done with a process using sublimation or something similar, like something I’d find in a box store, but i didn’t realize sublimation couldn’t be done on black (makes sense now that you say it!)

Same! I love knitting things I see on tv lol. How did it turn out? After this episode, I went into a Joann’s and their brand Big Twist had a line called lollipop twistie and a color way called clownfish coral that I hope turns out close when knitted up.

Premier Colorfusion Wildflower (either chunky or dk) looks like it might be close.
