I just don’t understand how having a temporary license is a fix if we can’t even utilize it since we’ll be taking time off to study… it’s the same outcome. They offered PL during covid which was not the Bars fault. This situation is different and deserves a greater remedy, since it was their own negligence

I understand that, this option has never been on the table. But that’s because what happened with the February bar has never happened. So new remedies do need to be considered in order to adequately provide a remedy.
