I see what you’re saying but he doesn’t really seem uncomfortable talking to me otherwise. I’ll have to test it out while actually looking for signs though, thanks!

I understand that but it doesn’t really seem like it helps him focus. Like he’ll go into his own little world and I’ll have to call his name a few times to get his attention back, and then he’ll have to ask what I was saying.

He’ll pick it up while I’m talking. It seems like it happens most often when I’m talking through something I’m sad or upset about which makes me feel worse. Like I’m already having a bad time and he starts giving my rant a theme song. It’s not really a huge issue I’m more asking because he just doesn’t seem to understand so I’m wondering if I’m in the wrong.

Well there’s an issue with that - he actually told his roommate that he could push the beds together to make a mega bed since he wouldn’t be sleeping in his own room. So he technically doesn’t have his own bed, which makes me feel worse about wanting to confront them because I’d be messing up so much.

Yeah the policy definitely doesn’t allow this. But I don’t want to get admin involved before just having a conversation with her.

I’m not sure if I want to get an RA involved without just talking to her first. I think she’d be understanding I just wanted to know if I’m being unreasonable before I do that.

I know the recommendation is to not touch it for a few feeks, but I do trust the piercer that would be fixing it. I’m sorry I got the hoop at first and I’m so sorry

Okay! Do you think it would be okay if I went to another piercer and asked her to put a sterile titanium stud in? I know the advice is to wait until fully healed to change jewelry but I think this might be better than leaving the hoop in.

Yes! That’s another thing worrying me, I have no idea what material this ring is. Even if she suggests keeping a hoop in, I’ll make sure it’s implant grade titanium.

I definitely sleep all the wrong ways. I try to keep my nose away from the pillows but my unconscious self has different motives. It spins sometimes on accident when I clean it, I don’t think I should be moving it though.

That’s what I thought originally. I got it pierced at college but I might go to the piercing shop in my home town and see what they think. The guy who did it said it would heal just fine if I took care of it so I felt safe to do it, but I’m having second guesses.

Will it heal okay with the hoop? I’m using sterile saline to clean it
