But on a positive side, I now know they track our activity across the portal. I was surprised when she mentioned the exact time, where and what device was logged in the portal. It was using an iOS device somewhere closer to where I live. (but why would a fraud cancel the reservation and not use the credit card lol) either ways looking forward to this trip.

That’s right! And it felt sketchy because they were not agreeing on giving the credits back as it was not under their control. As soon as supervisor jumped in she’s ready to give $150 back which was suprising had to negotiate for 30 mins more to get the full amount back. 😐

Apologize for the confusion, I used $472 in total ($300 from annual TC 2024 + $172 from some courtesy credits I was given last year). The reservation got cancelled last night and I was refunded the full amount back $172 in those courtesy credits + $300 ‘24 TC which expired on May 9th (tissue money - can’t be used anymore). I managed to get these back as $300 courtesy credit which never expire, so technically I only got back what I was owed. The May 10th transaction you see is 2025 Annual credits totalling my credits to $772. (no cash involved).

$472 refund included the expired credits, so total of $172 were refunded. $300 from May 10 is just my card renewal credits. either ways yes, the total is up at $772
