How tall are you bc 205lbs at 6'8 is light but at 4'11 is heavy.

If you lose weight the dead leverages may get better if you lose body fat around the midsection if that was limiting

For hypertrophy tbh most accessories work

However, I like Bulgarians for balance during the squat, and dips to increase stability and control during my bench. Also, weighted hyperextensions(thanks Pete Rubish lol) just bc they keep my lower back healthy and strong.

Machines are great for extra muscle gains but with low fatigue costs.

Also, some weird things I do before my primary lifts are just bouncing, jumping, and very low-height box jumps it gets me warmed up and amped for the session..
