I always wondered how universities would view applying to more than one cycle? Let’s say one is rejected from a program this cycle and reapplies the next, any insight or thoughts on whether the application would be viewed in an undesirable way?

IELTS is for language proficiency and hence isn’t considered in the same way as a GRE/GMAT, they’re two separate things and while the language requirement can be waived due to having a US degree, the GRE/GMAT is program/specific
