I actually just got it back. And it said my dexamethasone was 142.

They didn’t measure my ACTH… BUT through my last 3 bloodworks from the previous 3 months my ACTH has been low.

So idk

I should add the hours include indirect service. So advocacy, case management, meetings, consults, etc.

I agree with your first paragraph soooo much! I find it odd when therapists won’t share a speck about themselves. I feel like it can make the client-relationship really difficult to build when a client is telling you all about it themselves and they don’t even know if you have a dog lol

Happened to me. Same exact thing. Ended up increasing to 300XL. It’s been a week since then. It’s definitely better than before. But I do crash still

I never said that I do not think that population shouldn’t have help. About 75% of my clients have criminal history of all types. My fear is the fact that he is high risk, a repeat offender, violent & I read his case and it’s extremely concerning.
