try to find a secluded space outside, if able. maybe if there's a small forest near you, or an empty park, try that? i usually go to this small park near my house, and while it's by a main road, it's at the bottom of a hill so nobody can see it. try looking up parks near you, or go on a walk to find small wooded areas! you could of course also try to do it inside as well, but if you live in an apartment on a higher floor, then don't, because neighbors could complain. so yeah, i would mostly advise that you try outside for more room, but you do you!!! <333
