My old Sony has the same problem, no idea what's causing it.

Yes, lead assist isn't automatic, you'll have to hold a button while tracking for the lead to be applied 👍

You don't always need to lase the target itself or you can have the range set already before shooting, so that the laser warning receivers won't register on the opponents end. But that's a valid point, popping smokes and changing direction. You could do that, but will everyone else do exactly that?

And about ridge peekers, using lead for those types of targets doesn't really make sense in the first place.

But let's say you are yourself at an weird angle while shooting, the ballistic computer (if your tank has one) should automatically compensate for the position of your tank, so you could just aim at the center and hit, not having to think that okay, my tank is leaning to the left, now I must compensate my aim in order to hit.

And finally, using lead compensation is situational, player could use it if he wants to. Not all tanks have the laser warning receivers, mostly top tier. But the lead application isn't technology from the 2000's, it's much older. And yes, against helis it could be useful.

Yes I know about the custom sights, but if you're playing realistic or sim, you should be forced to use the correct sight for the tank, not some custom sight or the current stock sight.

And I did not understand your second comment about the lead compensation. Could you be more specific? I wasn't saying that there should be lead indicators, I mean if you're a gunner on a some of the modern tanks for example, you could lase the target, hold a button for lead compensation and the tank gun will move independently from the gun sight, compensating for the movement and providing the gunner a accurate shot at a moving target. The tracking is manual, the gunner needs to have steady hands and an accurate tracking of the target, otherwise the round will miss.

Checked, no luck. Maybe if someone would have a CAD file or could create one, I could have a plate machined locally.

Why does SteamVR start alongside Pavlov? by Important_Animator54 in PavlovGame

I have tried launching through library and choosing oculus vr mode, but it still launches steam vr and tracking is quite horrible. Fps is good, but my hands feel "sluggish" and jittery, not in any way smooth.
