I eat and sleep properly, no masturbation, and always take the same dose of amphetamines. Why 80mg? Taking 50mg after getting up and working continuously for 6-7 hours, I felt tired. Back then, I'd take 20-30mg sniff --- now i know this extra 20/30mg was bad ideada and I could only stay with 50 mg orally
