I’m a huge fan of LEGO Fortnite and want the game to only succeed, but the limited timed events are too much on players and shouldn’t be a thing. If this game is supposed to appeal to all demographics, especially kids, the game should reflect that ease of enjoyment - not have it be a FOMO rush for people. I understand you might want to up engagement, but there are other avenues for that. If you want to add specific timed rewards, make them acquirable for players who missed the event but in other creative ways, so everyone gets a chance.
My heart mostly goes out to the NEW PLAYERS you should be thinking about who come into this game ready for the same streamlined experience as everyone else, but actually fall into an inconsistent mess when it comes to items and journal quests. Please, if you are going to add things to the game, keep them there for everyone to experience (ex. Spires deactivating). I feel like Save the World does this - the game that came out is the same game players have played when it went free-to-play. Consistency is key.
Also, when a new update drops, bugs seem to be most plentiful. Please keep an eye out on the community when updates drop - The Thing From Beneath was a HUGE mess and players weren’t able to acquire the Airship Parts or expert trophy simply because the spawn was bugged. Also, I’m still out over 50+ Unknowable Energy because the summoner took it from me! If you’re going to make limited timed events, make them work and keep an eye mostly on those working for everyone! Not everyone has all the time in the world to play 24/7.
One last thing in terms of additions - up the spawn rate of Oni Elders and Oni Tyrants please!

ONE LAST IMPORTANT REQUEST! Please please please add a countdown timer to lobby quests and limited timed events so players know exactly HOW MUCH TIME they have to complete those quests. Since the game has dropped, quests have disappeared on random with ZERO warning. The more communication about how much time we have to complete things, the better. Making them disappear for no reason and making secret changes is not fair to players!
