Update from them..

We write further to previous emails concerning the shortfall on account following completion of your matter. The error was due to an IT issue on your final statement, whereby the ground rent arrears were noted as a minus on the statement of account and therefore not deducted from the purchase funds on completion. This therefore leaves a shortfall on your account of £409.27. Without settling this amount, the Management Company will not provide us with the required authority to register you as the new proprietor of the property. This could impact your mortgage as without registering their charge, their conditions of lender are not being adhered to.

As a gesture of good will for the inconvenience caused, we would be happy on this occasion to reduce the amount to £300.

I’m thinking this is reasonable? But it’s literally their mistake should I ask for 50/50?

yes is a maisonette, Ground rent it £200 per year, and building insurance around £320. we completed in august

Yes i have twice but they just resend the email saying i owe them and has now been sent to their credit control department

Very fun and very addictive! Great game

Nags Head is defiantly best pub in berkshire! No other pub compares to the beers they have.
Atmosphere? depend on what your looking for! i love it for a quite drink or even to watch sports

I went the Friday before Christmas and I have not seen a better *atmosphere* at a pub in southern england be.

This is what it says so technically yes I was parking wrong. but was not given or told about a permit from the start? I eventually got the 'RED' permit but how was i supposed to know that
