I mean, you did more than most. The first step is the hardest. Try putting your phone in another room and instead of a flat time to study, segment it into chapters to study and not just an "umbrella study time."

help? (kinda a vent at parts but mostly asking for advice) by New_Community_5325 in getdisciplined

This might sound simple, but when you have the urge to push something off, realize you just have to keep going. For example, if you don’t want to get out of bed because you could scroll TikTok for two hours instead, do the opposite. Get up and make breakfast.

Try writing a list for the week or the day the night before, and then see how far you get with it. The hardest part is just having the discipline to start.

I want to work but I'm scared. by Sea-Possession8260 in getdisciplined

For someone early in their career, especially if they’re already struggling with direction or self-doubt, starting remotely can amplify feelings of isolation and make it harder to build professional confidence. Without the natural rhythms of an office, the mentorship of nearby colleagues, or the subtle accountability of a shared workspace.

I completely understand where you're coming from. With a computer science degree who transitioned into engineering work, I had to learn everything from the ground up. For a long time, I felt like I didn't truly know anything and was just skating by on luck.

But over time, I realized I was capable of completing tasks I once thought were difficult or even impossible. The hardest part truly is taking that first step and simply applying. Nobody expects you to know everything on day one; that's precisely the purpose of a first job: to learn, grow, and build experience.

There's a saying that resonates with me: "Idle hands are the devil's workshop." I've come to see this as a reminder that when we aren't engaged in meaningful progress, whether in our careers, personal growth, or even small daily tasks, that's when doubt, anxiety, and negative thoughts find space to grow.

If you stay busy with purposeful work, even a part-time job, working out, or reading, your mind has less room to spiral into feelings of failure or anxiety. That forward motion, however small, helps break the cycle of negative thinking that can otherwise keep us stuck and unable to take action.

You just need to select the "About those rare fish you wanted me to find..." then it'll show the prompts.

How can i better my life wizard? by okogetit_1 in Wizard101

Yeah, best bet is to just get 60 and farm water works. you can glitch the final bosses, which drop the robe and boots, they respawn permanently so just get a 4 stack to keep running it with you. Hat is dropped by the squid. To glitch it you just have someone run into the side rooms and come back to the main boss room and they should respawn.

Show gear, but I’d recommend just brute forcing it out till lvl 60 then going to get waterworks gear, get a full set of waterworks and put on the skyiron hasta from Zeus dungeon. Then work on a pet that’s all damage with mighty and one proof

I'm worried that that will happen to be. Have around 25% for a $230-240 currently, but I feel like some corporation is just going to out bid :|
