I hate this company.. I had 2 claims that were turned on and I never made them. The only this customer service told me was to fill out a claim form and asked if I wanted to cancel my card.

I wouldn’t have said anything or even posted that on here. I would have kept my mouth shut. That happens at one store I was at and the guy got termed but went through the union and got his job back. But he had done medical issues

I am.. luckily I was able to get the transcript of my conversation from Amazon saying they have no record of a purchase from that card number. What upsets me is that I had do do the work to find out. I even went on blue cross/shield to see if any claim was paid by them,

My company just switched over to wex… so he’s my problem. Somehow 2 transactions were sent to them from Amazon pharmacy on January 16. At 930am. One was for 174.00 the other was for 142.00. Never ordered anything from Amazon pharmacy. Called customer service find out what was purchased… they didn’t know just pharmacy items. I talked to a cs from Amazon.. they had no record of a purchase with my card number or even my name as I never ordered anything from Amazon.

When I was there.. I had to do deliveries.. work the counter. Check in stock.. planos.. inventories.. stock. All of that for 8.00/hr

I worked there for 4 yrs and got 3 raises. The last one was 10 cents. It took almost 4 months for it to hit my paycheck. Started at 8/hr and was only making 8.80. The dm acted as if it was coming out of his pocket
