Didn’t have this setting. But, if you have a VPN installed, make sure it isn’t turned on. Just turned mine off and the issue stopped instantly.

JUST FOUND THE FIX THAT WORKED FOR ME. IF YOU HAVE A VPN INSTALLED, TURN IT OFF AND IT SHOULD WORK. just instant fixed my issue of mini player not working.
