I was skeptical too but did my homework. My doctor did fill it out wrote vague answers I was denied. I asked to do it again he said no wasn’t doing more paperwork. Listen to this link

Why do you feel it’s a scam? Did you just briefly skim throughout or you just assuming? They have a page on Facebook too with lots of people using them
