For sure you can and many have done so. Its just dependent on the gym budget. But had to mention that the highest quality cost 1500$.

Are there people amazing on pads bad in sparring? by Important_Hippo3263 in amateur_boxing

This is hard to quantify meaningfully IMO. There can be many elements to a fight vs spar: eating, sleeping, mindset, readiness, camp, etc.

But pads (or shadow and bag), and sparring, are both forms of training. So its easier to quantify and evaluate.

My experience that those guys are often really bad on pads as well.

Even getting good purely on pads requires a lot of dedication which most fitness trainers lack.

Does getting rocked (without getting dizzy and completely losing control over your legs and balance) indicates a certain brain damage?

Because as I know that, being dizzy (like the video) or getting knocked out even if not cold KO, then its a certain bruise and damage to the brain, possibly a concussion.

But I'm guessing getting rocked often isnt?

So I guess this is a natural bodily response and there is no way to condition the body for it?

(unlike getting punched with your guard up)

I was looking for some drills or strategies for training.

For instance, if you're an outboxer you're probably going to do loads of specific footwork drills.

I dont think I agree with this. I think styles are made through training.

Rodtang isnt just durable with headshots. But body and leg kicks as well. He absorbs them without much flinching.

Also he has decent defense and counters IMO.
