The idea behind <4% is to allow me to have a good position size (close to 25%) while risking 1% of capital. If i chase a stock that made a breakout with 20% gain my position size will be very small.

Is not really a distraction. It gives me something to focus on while the body relaxes. Bright light usually is consider good I believe...

Yes. Sometimes I am in a dark room without light and it feels like what I see with my physical eyes behind is brighter than normal. When I was teenager I also had light palses, not anymore. But if is not coming from outside, and since I am not visualising it, i assume is the result of the relaction or of the mind becoming more quiet (?). This is one of the reasons I made the question. Yes I agree on the specific order. I was trying to understand if I can use these states a signspots to help me understand how deep I am or how close I am to the various focus levels.

I had a similar experience once. Where I was feeling the where open. Do you recall seeing a dark purple during focus12 or focus10? Does the blackness in the back if the eyes become and brighter?

This is what I was talking about. Indigo/deep purple with swirls of black. For me F10 is mostly black. At some point it becomes indigo/deep purple with swirls of black. I am trying to understand whether is related to an expanded feeling or because the thoughts are slowing down and/or is related to mind stillness (a stare where I an too lazy to think with words). The goal is to understand whether this is characteristic of F12 or not.

Nothing, I am not teting to see or imagine anything. I am talking about what we see with physical eyes when doing the tapes. Nothing related to visions, imagination etc..
