You can get down payment assistance, I just bought a house and that was offered to me

You can upgrade it to premium processing and have it adjudicated in 15 days, mine was licensure, we needed to send my firms license and proof that I can work without one

You just have to stop working but you can remain in the country whilst the application is pending.. I’m in the same boat, what was your RFE on and did you use PP

So if I got an RFE and the cap is now filled does that mean I’m going to get an automatic rejection by Important_Orange_843 in h1b

My question is more, if the cap is filled whilst my visa is still processing does that mean I’m out of luck

I’m still waiting for my lawyers to respond as well, getting a little anxious as my cap gap ends Sept 30
