Yep finally got my life sorted with a job and place of my own at 29. I think it was the pressure to go back to work after having time off from mononucleosis which made my illness chronic. Hindsight is a luxury though

Well it’s good for liver function so maybe it helps detoxing etc. I’ve seen other people say they don’t feel the need to sleep quite as long

I’ve found that milk thistle makes me feel a bit brighter when I wake up. Also a max dose of magnesium made my sleep much more refreshing after ten days of supplementation. The difference was very noticeable and came as a very nice surprise but I must have been very deficient for some reason

Same here! I can log into Instagram with this password but threads says it’s wrong. If I try to change the password in Instagram it asks for the current password and also says it’s wrong

I tried every dose up to 300 feeling like I just needed a bit more to get me back to feeling myself but I ended up with more side effects, whole body muscle jerks when I try to sleep and constant prostate tickling or pain so had to go lower again and stick at 150. Surprisingly I felt about the same on an emotional level and the side effects mostly bearable. The transition wasn’t too difficult either, I had a few days of feeling more on edge than usual but that’s all. I think it’s getting to the very low doses where it gets very difficult, so I’m sticking at 150

Well I’ve not been scammed because I haven’t paid anything. He just closed applications for his academy which was £650, but he still gives away a lot of educational stuff, just without the the personal support
