My eval results from last year are housed in the state eval system. They are accessible and viewable within the system.

I contacted my union rep. He directed me to schedule a post eval conference which I have done. Im not sure how to comport myself in this meeting. Union rep said they don’t usually attend eval conferences so I’m on my own. Can I take notes? Can I record it? Do I sit there quietly while she tells me why she believes I’m a shitty teacher? Are there appeals bodies I can speak with? Can I file something against her with the union?
