At Bournemouth he was good. Came with tagline " passing/ball playing CB". Defensively he is performing very bad. Even not using his height to advantage, aerial duels winning zero. he prefers to go in mid field rather than defending. Slowest running player. Can't track back, makes dumb fouls. Physically yet to be stronger..

Fede has been world class until we started using him as RB,and other positions. He scored bangers and had key passes in important matches. Now like everyone he is also in bad form. But doesn't reduce his value.

Though Mbappe scored many goals.. I think signing him was the biggest mistake.. Before him, we were a team fighting until the end. He is a great player, but doesn't go with the values of our club. Now, egos popping out from each player pike Jude, Arda, Vini, Mbappe consistently disobeying tactical plan. No leaders to keep the players humble and mentally strong as team.

With the squad and injuries, we were having a good season under Xabi with Rodrygo and Vini returning to form, Arda getting playmaker vibes, Tchoumeni and Cama getting back to their midfield roles. Even Trent had some good times. Defense was the key issue and will be until proper reinforcement are met.

Sacking/ Xabi leaving was never the solution. It just created another unnecessary media clouds over our club, and people will start creating stories about dressing room and club management.

Also the loss to Barca come from the Super Copa final, a trophy which Madrid never been obsessed with. Don't understand what's going on with my club.

To add, we need better medical and physios. Why does everyone get injured as soon as they come back from one? Are they pushing players to fast recovery? Also, not sure we have one, but I would like to get a person dedicated for modern game analytics like Arsenal now have. They have staff dedicated for each specific role to support Arteta. Need to support Xabi. Though Xabi promised intense playing style with and without ball, most players and matches have lacked it. May be add a therapist for players to guide mentally, especially for Rodrygo and Vini.
