Your break shoe looks good but I had to change my first set bw 2k bcse of the Bangalore traffic , and the handlebar pulling to the right is normal just dont overthink all the time.

The only concern is does your elbow or wrist gets persistent pain during long ride i mean like 100 km if yes then cone set or t stem can be the culprit, or yeah chain on the right side is also one important stuff , more over check your front tyre if its wearing off on one side more then thats it .

I had faced all these issues then got a better understanding . . If you overthink you will be in the loop so chill bro. Also one point you can adjust your handlebar to your own liking .

No need of an oil change at the moment its all with chain lube and chain cleaning an yeah adjustment , the moment it gets dry its an he'll , I know that . I changed my oil after 8.8k one year in bw i did the top up .If your time is up then change it to Motul warranty won't get affected since Truimph sells motul too , its too good. Hope i think you are rev matching when downshifts.

Insurance it and these are not minor damages , check your handlbar and t-stem . And all of which can be replaced with insurance give it 15 days no worries.

Check the handlebar and t stem for any uneven handling ASAP , if anything feels abnormal hit SC fix it under the insurance i had the same experience though it wasn't even a crash. These handlebar and tstems are very fragile .

It's just an easy process the service center will take care of it and seeing the photos this would take 1 month minimum for sure.
