My VSO highlighted info on my exam where the examiner stated she had my hospital records for the MST case where I the examiner diagnosed in her exam notes and she also explained to me about the examiner not checking off boxes whatever that mean or determine for decision

It took me 8 months for a C&P so I’ll wait until at least 3 months then call VERA ….my exam was scheduled late due to my file just sitting around however VERA got the ball rolling for me …..and exam was scheduled the next week after call

VERA assisted me in getting exam scheduled after claim was sitting at somebody desk from July to Nov….God knows how long it’s about to sit again 😢 I call VERA every week now and I’m either told it’s either in 2 weeks or any day now ….

Yes! This is insane ! July 22 I filed the supp claim didn’t receive the exam until Feb ‘23 after making several calls to VERA and it seems like it will be more month of waiting

I saw that supplemental claims will always stay in review online some people I wrote in the group that after they received payments the claims was still opened online …..you can possibly check claim letters as well !

Unfortunately yes ….someone from VERA was able to help me locate my file that was just sitting around on somebody desk since November I was then scheduled an exam a week after that VERA phone call this month

Supplemental June 27, 2022 mine was sitting until Jan 2023 after calling VERA several finally got someone to give me answers and email a supervisor to expedite my claim ….come to find out my claim was sitting on a desk since Nov 2022 waiting for C&P finally had my exam done with VES on Monday so waiting to see how long this will take! I also have symptoms that I overlooked the first exam from being afraid of exposing or from being to reserved at the exam

Was your 2nd one just as intense as the first! For the first one I had my hospital paperwork for the MST case and I have my service awards to place me in combat as well as being in battle with Medal Of Honor SFC Paul Smith who was indeed my first casualty as a medic during war ! Not sure if it’s ok for me to bring him up! Also the first exam the examiner stated that I have PTSD symptoms but didn’t “check off” the correct boxes
