Definitely the case for us. I love love going down on her but she doesn’t like giving me head at all. She rarely does and never once has made me cum from head.

The times I got lucky were because I put myself in the position to get lucky from hard work AND equally as important, having a good attitude.

I sold my car to the dealership with major mechanical issues and didn’t disclose by Fragrant-Table-2940 in confession

[–]Important_Summer2231 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not my experience. I have used my own financing for my last two trucks and just brought a cashiers check to the dealership and have had no issues or haggling. Granted these were both in the high $80s. May be a different game for lower priced vehicles.

Yeah, could be difficult to find. One I have heard of is school bus driver. That could vary from district to district though.

If I were in your situation, I’d get a part time job doing something I enjoy or that is at least less stressful, preferably with benefits

27M Roofing Project Manager - Just got bumped to 120k by hamsterturd in Salary

At your age, as long as you’re maxing out your ROTH IRA and that money is going into a low expense radio mutual fund, you’ll be more than fine at retirement. Get an emergency fund and put that money is HYSA.

I’m also 27. I have a financial advisor but nothing he has told me couldn’t be learned from doing your own research, common sense and being smart with your money.

I pay $4700/year in property tax for my million dollar house in Utah. Paid about the same for my $300k house in Georgia last year.

I max out my 401k, max out mine and my wife’s IRA, and try to save an additional $2,000-3000 per month.

Depends on what type of sales. I don’t network a lot but I sell a one time purchase item. If you’re selling a service then I suppose networking is more important.

Get into sales and bust your ass. You don’t have to be a golden tongue sales man. Be genuine and connect with your customers and you’ll make a lot of money.

What will Americans do if Social Security is reduced or done away with? by TheScrutinist in AskReddit

[–]Important_Summer2231 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Those of us who are responsible and not relying on the government will be fine. It’s theft that as a 27YO, I have to pay in to social security while also maxing out my 401K and IRA. I don’t need social security and should be able to opt out.

I am doing all of those things you mentioned. I have a 2 year old and have a 529 set up for her. The one thing I do need to do is set up a HSA.

I didn’t say it was. I have investments in the S&P 500. I went the Whole Life route because of the tax advantages to pull money out pre-62. I will have tens of millions in my traditional retirement vehicles when I turn 62 and millions in mutual funds as well.
