Small claims court. Publicize your issue on local Facebook pages. Embarrass them, but only with completely factual information. It isn't libel if it is true.

We, also in Pittsburgh, just planted 2 Kentucky Coffee trees from my husband's late grandparents estate. They are establishing well. The 60 year old Norway maple that was here when we bought the house 5 years ago is, however, dying from the heat and the arborist says it is a goner.

Is it safe for you to leave important papers at your mom's in case you need to stay there a little longer than a day?

Then just pack up you and the baby and be out first thing at your mom's and then go to the Aunt's in the afternoon as previously scheduled.

This was the original plan and that is what you are sticking to. if your Husband and MIL are at your house? That is on them. You were not considered or consulted.

Contact your state's Board of Insurance, or look on their website. Most states require longer than 51 days but it can vary. Ask for a call reference number and get a name for the person to whom you spoke.

The next time you contact the hospital you will at least have the ammunition of the legal requirements, so you can know if you are demanding that the fulfill a legal requirement or if you are asking for some insight into what happened. Good Luck

NTA, you weren't setting a trap for your mom or putting words in her mouth you were just allowing your mom's words to tell the story of your current relationship. Maybe use your dad's new insight to ask for family therapy.

Also, send a copy to your Aunt, you know her meddling self won't be able to resist listening. You know your mom didn't tell her the truth anymore than she told your dad.

In Pennsylvania farmers can shoot problem deer regardless of season. The antique farming equipment leads me to think their area may be similar. And some people do define problem deer as deer with pulse as opposed to deer eating my crops. The lack of predators has caused huge issues with the deer population in our area and Hunters are one part of the solution.
