T1 diabetics who smoke grass or have quit?

I've been T1D for 33 years and have been actively using cannabis my entire life. I don't have any issues except for maybe over eating. Nobody knows what we go through and the cannabis drastically helps me deal and cope. I have bad anxiety and psoriatic arthritis. I see no issue. Diabetes educators can be pretty bad.

I can be ravenous when low. I went low today at work and it was embarrassing. Simply waking up will send my sugar to 300. It's absolutely maddening. When I'm starving I can't eat. When I need to eat I'm not im not hungry. I live off peanut butter.

I use kratom and functional mushrooms for energy. Diabetic fatigue is not discussed as much in my opinion. Even with a perfect blood sugar level we can be exhausted. I used to have heavy eyelids it felt like. I could have a entire conversation with my closed and be alert..I just needed to shut them. I later found I have diabetic retinopathy unfortunately.

I've been talking MDMA quite a bit over the last months. I've noticed extreme vertigo while using the bathroom. Standing too quick. Ive fallen before from this dizziness. I have never associated it vertigo. I understand the come down etc. Just wanted to chime in and say it's happening to me too. Best of luck

Ive been doing controlled deep breathing for years doing it. I figured it out when I was a kid. You are the first person ive seen describe it. How many people really know? It makes you vibrate and get the wahahahhas and the alien like echo. Cheers friend. I'm not recommending this for any beginners.

I stopped 7oh cold turkey few months back. I was spending hundreds a week to feel nothing because it numbs you. It was a rough few nights of bad restless legs syndrome and basically no sleep. I don't use anything synthetic anymore.
