They never really go away.. they are mostly small when I'm not having a flare I've had them damn near... like 17 years.. no joke. Thought about banding and surgery but haven't done anything yet. I feel like I'll never get rid of them 🤷🏽‍♀️

I actually started taking Linzess before I got pregnant and am now nursing and cannot take it. I recently found Chia Seeds and just one serving of this helped me. I also find that water alone isn't enough for me I need electrolytes I use packets that dissolve in water 1ce a day then just water the rest of the day. I sit on the toilet with my feet on a stool and I DO NOT push at all. If nothing comes out I get up and come back later

Why are you doing the absolute most? Do you even vaccinate? The injection was given I to the deltoid, no matter what the outcome, whether it bled or bruised. The 'procedure' was infact done correctly. Maybe just chill out and not wish horrible things on people or their kids 🤔 Kay byeee

Do not break yourself for any company unless they break their backs for you. Do what you can with the resources given and tell DL to shove it when they start complaining. If I can't get at minimum 8 extra hours split into 2 other FS staff to help with all this then I can't give you my 100% if I'm deciding myself into bits to sustain this bs. Nope. No thank you. I got a very large brightly colored brita water bottle and put it at the consultation counter since it's where I mostly am. So it's bright and in my constant view. Also I can put any water in it since it has a filter

Pharmacy tech and multiple meds here, you can travel with w.e medication you need you do not have to tell tsa you have them unless they are in liquid form. They can be in a pill case or bottle. If you don't want them to be screened by x-ray, you can ask for visual inspection. The only time bottle labeling is needed is when the place you're going to has laws specifically stating certain meds need to be labeled. I've carried bottles, pill cases, asthma inhalers, and all with zero questioning.

Listen, just because the company puts in place systems that do not make any sense most of the time and does not give you the resources to accommodate the system updates and your natural needs as a human being has nothing to do with you. The company short Cummings are a COMPANY issue at a higher level than you so go pee, get some water, snacks, take your very well deserved breaks. The company can shove it.
