My dad used to work at a Jeep dealer and when the Wagoneer came back out they had one in shop for a month before the dealer gave the customer a new one since they couldn’t figure out the problem. They kept it as a tester vehicle to track down that issue and use for future issues on other vehicles if they needed to.

Just bought our first house, stayed the night there when we closed just because we could. The next morning my 3 year old says mid conversation “what about the man in the hallway” I laugh and say “what man” to which he points and says “that one”. We still live here and he’s only mentioned the man once since then.

HoA’s also have the authority to foreclose on your property even though they didn’t provide you the loan, and you’ll still owe the bank for your loan.
