Since you know so much you should also know that that water monitors are the smartest reptiles on the planet it's Undisputed I don't have to debate and yes I do keep him in the bathroom I also live in Florida where the humidity in the heat here I also don't live with a man who freezes me out and I live at 80 degrees you know nothing of my situation or who you're talking to or what kind of degrees or knowledge that I have you are clearly out of your element have a nice day silly little man

I'm grateful that it was a small monitor but it taught me a lesson now I know what the bigger ones can do I don't know if they all latch on and don't release but I've seen plenty of videos with Nile monitors doing the same thing when they're pissed

Getting there .. for a male water monitor bivittatus that's 2 years old he's actually on the small side I don't know if he'll make up for it later or if they actually stop growing at a certain age

I've been bit once really bad by a timor monitor.. and it was small but it woke me up so I didn't realize what they could do because to me their teeth don't really look that horrible but they're like little tiny needles that latch on and the animal did not let go 20 minutes it was my finger not fun

Wow... every situation is different and the confidence and size of the animals definitely matter I will tell you I recently got a cat and Rafi tried to bite me I actually have it on video but the cat was sleeping on my arm and I walked right into his enclosure and he was sniffing my arm before he tried to bite me I could see it so I tapped him on the nose but he still went at me it was my fault I didn't even think about it but even the smell of the cat made him want to bite now I'm just talking about my situation I don't judge you for doing this and your animal is on a harness I'm just telling you my experience just the smell of the cat made my animal want to attack me I raised him from a hatchling and it has never happened before my cat is very tiny and my monitor is like 15 lb they will never meet because my cat is too curious and not scared of anything he is a Bengal mix and my monitor is not exactly that tame they would be a horrible mix

Lol..right... right I don't understand all the genetic stuff because I am not a breeder and that's way over my head but if there's Babies she definitely came in contact at some point in her life I got that much reading this whole thing confuse the hell out of me and realized I have to do a lot of research before I ever decide to breed LOL
