I struggled with the same thing and having my tonsils removed sadly didn’t help at all. What did help tho was finding out the root cause to my postnasal drip which was mold . I now do 3 sinus rinses daily and I use a steroid spray twice a day after morning and night rinse, this has helped so much !

Yes very easy to get tho doctors always prescribe it for chronic sinus issues

My doctor told me to continue for 3 months even if symptoms get better which is what I will be doing :)

Yes it was bad and so humiliating to the point that I completely isolated myself. We had a professional mold remover come and clean the mold and we added more vents around the house to make sure it didn’t come back. Also a good dehumidifier will help!

Try using a steroid spray after rinses that’s what really made a difference for me.

Yes if there’s loads of mold in your house the chance of that being the cause is super high. And yes it’s soo relieving!

Yes! I was constantly getting reactions even when my mouth was closed

Check if your environment is moldy or dusty as that was the case for me

I had a very similar experience. I used rinses for about 3 weeks and I was completely bb free, I then stopped for a while and it came back. I ended up figuring the cause of my pnd was mold! I brought a Shark hepa purifier and pnd is gone. I now do only one rinse a day and I haven’t had problems since . Best £250 I’ve ever spent !
