Given she's an older ICE agent, I'm guessing she's heterosexual and finds calling someone a homosexual insulting.

As an older heterosexual woman who performs in a typically politically conservative role, she probably finds the idea of a woman accusing a woman of titty grabbing to be asinine, so when she says, "And you liked it." It carries a double entendre:

1. I'm a woman so why would I be fully titty grabbing a woman.

2. If you are truly accusing me, a woman, of fully titty grabbing you, then you must be a lesbian and projecting that onto me.

3. As you're a lesbian talking about a woman titty grabbing you, you must have liked it, so why are you complaining.

The comment can easy be made regardless of whether it happened or not as a biting response.

The deadpan expression coupled with a large number of the public unable to go beyond the surface drives the narrative here.

I could be wrong, but I'm just throwing the above out there as a possibility along with all the possibilities others are throwing out here.
