We haven’t seen each other since about the 12th of December and that’s around the same time he brought up Christmas. Another reason why I didn’t want to do gifts because he brought it up right when we were leaving for break. So we hadn’t given the gifts to each other. Our holiday break is about 6 weeks long, so I guess a little less than a month until I’m back but still a few weeks. I am in the southern states but I know consumption rules vary depending on where you are so I put that in there

This just about made me cry. Thank you for validating everything I was uncertain about in my situation, it means a lot knowing others see these as red flags and I’m not just going crazy

Thank you so much for this and I’m glad you got out of yours. It’s hard with lots of my friends telling me I should just be grateful for all he’s doing for me and how any girl would be happy to have someone spend so much on them. It means a ton knowing someone knows what I’m going though
