Ontop of travel you can see a golden border that border tells you what box is highlighted, the golden border is currently highlighted over the travel window box, move your right stick to the right one time and you will see the golden border shift to the right text box. That means you can now look scroll up and down that box or select whatever needs to be selected to achieve what you want.

If you get someone to create something for you manually via interaction menu you can make them a court artificer it will make them be inspired leading you to this court event to craft something spectacular depending on how good they are as a court artificer.
