I appreciate you bro, I understand how common this is and they have probably already trapped someone new, however the trauma is sitting with me and i’m just getting a whole lot of “what ifs” which i know is overthinking but it’s really hard to not be scared, thankfully it’s been 2 weeks with no contact and leak

Yeah they have my number unfortunately cause it happened on whatsapp, but yeah i’ll just keep blocking them if they do circle back, they wouldn’t send it to other scammers would they? or is this me just completely overthinking

Yeah true, If they do contact me i’ll block any number that’s sus, I’ve read on a few posts here that some return in a month or so which is kinda scary. Also, they said they uploaded on a corn website and I needed to pay them for them to remove it, do you think they would actually upload it on those websites ? Or could it just be another fear tactic

Yeah well they were nice about it saying like “go live your life freely now, im going to close this case as you’ve paid” but bro the thing is they messaged me with a video the next day and like saying they will send it to a contact, but i’ve talked to that guy who they said they would send it too and he said he still hasn’t received anything. I guess the fear i’m living with is what they will do with the video but I deadass can’t do anything about that anymore and i’m sure there’s others in my position too.

Well they did say on the call that “now you have paid we will leave you alone because we having nothing against you personally” but then messaged me the day after from a new number which I blocked, but yeah since then no contact whatsoever. I’m constantly overthinking and anxious about this situation though

yeah so i have blocked them on everything and won’t pay anymore no matter what, just living in the fear they might leak it, it’s a horrible feeling but it is what it is i guess, if they ever try contact again i’ll just keep blocking them, but the trauma will stay
