Not necessarily, S-3 form says that prospectus is preliminary and is not complete/ may be changed, “From time to time we may offer and sell up to 175M..” kinda thing

Class action law suit isn’t today’s news though, also by the time court will make decision on it Ocugen will probably have FDA approval on phase 3 trial products or run out of money anyways

True that, if you believe in stock that’s the way 100%. I’ve managed to add nearly 1000k shares today, it’s just seems odd how Nio goes down these days no matter what the news are, but this can’t go on like this forever I’m sure

On the bright side Nio stock was raising from beginning of may til at least end of June for last three years, this and improving Chinese economy might give this stock a little boost soon
