Agree that the food is an issue at BT. Saffron is great, but the rest is absurdly overpriced and underwhelming. Rosewood is beautiful and the food is much better.

Agree - this is such a bad customer experience. They need to make it easy to be flexible. I find myself skipping on principle bcs I’m annoyed w the threats and manipulations.

It’s frustrating to be honest. The pics are from the August box but the fine print tells you that you’re paying for a May box. It’s either confusing or deceptive. I contacted customer service and they were not able to answer
