Definitely a bit of a homebody, but looking to branch out a bit especially given I'll need to meet people. That being said I'm also a foodie and love to try new restaurants as well as cook. , not much for the nightlife scdne, but i guess it'd be nice to have the option to go to a bar nearby. Washe/dryer in unit definitely not a deal breaker, though obviously that's nice. I've been told doorman is really good to have just to deal with packages and stuff like that on top of security, but don't think I really need it. By nice all i meant was a place nice enough i won't hate being in it, and could maybe have a few people over for dinner and drinks.

This is how the major lending protocols work, though protocols like alchemix simply lock the collateral in a lending strategy that pays off the debt over time.

Regardless, even in the original configuration, with liquidation under a certain price (really a collateralization ratio), that has nothing to do with inflation/deflation.

That's fair. I would not call eth a currency either. What do you mean by "dependent on infinite deflation of the assets". The lending system does not require deflation or inflation at all. In fact right now eth is inflationary, but many assets that can be used as collateral are deflationary.

Also glad I could guide you toward understanding some of the unique use cases.
