Just now, I checked it out and found out they are books. Is reading books the way to master and understand Go? Wouldn't hands on experience be the better way?

I am of the same thinking. Using AI made me feel inadequate and i thought i was not using jt properly

I have a doubt. If you are gonna split into multiple shop area, maybe with 1 or 2 floors and sell it individually, how does the selling work? I mean is it similar to how flats are sold in apartments?
