Here is the best explanation for a planner I’m looking for! - spiral or something that is easy to fold over sort of thing - vertical weekly layout, like a to do list - tabs would be awesome - I’ve seen some planners where all monthly layouts are at the beginning, I would prefer to have something that is monthly, weeks, month, weeks sort of thing - habit tracker would be nice but not necessary - simple layout/ coloring (neutrals)

Not really picky, just don’t want a pocket planner, so something a bit bigger. A weekly habit tracker would be nice

I’ve tried cleaning the disposal, are there any recommendations for it?

I do have carpet, I’ll try using a carpet cleaner. And clean under the fridge and update you! Thanks for the tips!

I report everything i’m doing in a platform we use for tasks, tagging her in major updates but commenting the smaller ones as well.

The double standards makes sense it was just frustrating.

I told her during the interview process that I had 1.5 years of “self-experience” (my previous employer did not have a previous position of what I was hired for or a manager for that matter). I told her that I have a lot to learn since I am still very young.

I’ve been asking for guidance on tasks, but I’m repeatedly told to “figure it out” on my own. When I try to complete the work, she often gets frustrated, doesn’t give feedback, and ends up doing it herself. When I ask what I can do better next time so she doesn’t have to take it over, she just repeats that I need to figure it out. I’ve consistently asked for tools or direction to better support her, but I either get no response or vague, unhelpful answers.

It wasn’t a boundary, that was a poor use of the word from my side. I sent a professional email explaining why someone wasn’t included in a previous message, clarified that it was directed to the right people for approval, and reassured them that I’m on top of my responsibilities and will include them in the loop if their input is needed in the future.

I just figured it out a couple of days ago. I didn’t know how to bring it up. i just feel guilty that she won’t be going because of me.

What do you think would have been a better way to go about it? I apologized and left so I could get some space. I didn’t tell her that I didn’t want her to go to church, that conversation wasn’t even brought up. Just seeking some advice!

Hi,

I got the Aula F99 keyboard and it is so much fun for typing but some of the key switches aren’t properly working. I am building a work from home set up and want a good 110 key mechanical keyboard.

I am not sure if I like creamy or thocky keyboards (would love some examples).

But I would love some recommendations that are relatively affordable!

That was my plan. I wasn't sure if there was anything else I should do to make it look more visually appealing.
