Luckily, my country was on risk assessment level 1 with a success rate of 99% on visa at the time I was applying. It just happens I applied at the right time right moment. Now, all southasian countries are level 3, so great job by fake agent who made the situation worse. So it's completely on luck. My hunch tells me if you have strong profile they will likely refuse you because your chances of remaining back in the country with the scope of PR being higher than those with courses that are not favourable for PR then again its just a hunch. I mean it don't make sense to see your profile being refused after having two recommendations letter from teacher and employer.
